First Due Safety SMS/MMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 11, 2026

These SMS/MMS Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the First Due Safety Alert Program.

Program Description

First Due Safety provides recurring automated SMS and MMS security notifications to authorized recipients who have expressly agreed to participate in the First Due Safety Alert Program.

Messages may be generated when connected security cameras or monitoring equipment detect configured security events.

Messages may include:

  • Person detection alerts

  • Vehicle detection alerts

  • Motion or other configured security events

  • Camera name or location

  • Date and time of a security event

  • Security camera photographs or other security-related media

  • Instructions to review a security camera or monitoring system

Messages may be sent by First Due Safety from +1 (209) 299-0241 or another telephone number designated by First Due Safety for this program.

Enrollment and Consent

Recipients are enrolled only after expressly agreeing to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS security alerts from First Due Safety at the mobile telephone number they provide.

First Due Safety currently obtains consent verbally.

Before enrollment, the recipient is informed:

  • That the messages are from First Due Safety

  • That the program sends recurring automated SMS/MMS security alerts

  • What types of security information may be sent

  • That message frequency varies

  • That Msg & data rates may apply

  • How to opt out using STOP

  • How to request assistance using HELP

  • Where to review the First Due Safety Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms & Conditions

The recipient must affirmatively agree before First Due Safety manually adds the mobile telephone number to the notification system.

Consent is specific to the First Due Safety Alert Program.

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

First Due Safety does not purchase SMS/MMS consent or mobile opt-in information from third parties, lead generators, or affiliate marketers.

Message and Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply.

STOP — Opt Out

Reply STOP to any First Due Safety SMS/MMS message to opt out of the First Due Safety Alert Program.

After replying STOP, the recipient may receive a confirmation message.

No additional automated SMS/MMS security alerts will be sent unless the recipient subsequently provides consent to enroll again.
